Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Goods sold are strictly not refundable, not returnable and not exchangeable except for the following circumstances, upon our inspection and approval:
- damaged items;
- incomplete items; or
- wrong items.

Customers may reach out to us at the.loolee.store@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Products are deemed to be received in good order and conditions after the above mentioned period.

The email of damaged/incomplete/wrong items should include the following particulars:
- Order Number;
- Customer Name, Contact Number; and
- Particulars of damaged/incomplete/wrong item and clear photo(s) of the item.
Email with incomplete information will not be entertained.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, together with the proof of purchase.

We will then perform further inspection based on info submitted by customers and provide status update to customers within 14 days of case submission by customer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

*Product measurement with variation of 0-3cm as a result of mass manufacturing process and color variance due to different display of monitor/ screen resolutions will not be considered as defects.

Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund to you.

However, The.LooLee is not responsible for orders or items that are:
- lost or damaged during transit; or
- damaged by the customer.
