Can i cancel my order that have been made?
You may cancel only if the order has not been processed.

(However, we would like to hear more from you on why are you changing your mind to help us improve)
Order that has been packed, in shipping or shipped is unable to be cancelled.

What should i do if I gave the wrong address?
Please let us know immediately at the.loolee.store@gmail.com.
If the order has not shipped out yet, we will do our best to amend it.
If the order has already on the way to the buyer, we will still try our best to connect with the courier partner,
however, we can't guarantee that this can be fixed as it is beyond our control.
Customers are encouraged to double check the shipping address when making order(s).
Customers are responsible for giving accurate receiving address in the correct format.
If orders are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address,
the order will either be refunded (shipping cost excluded), or reshipped at the customer's expense.
What should i do if the order i received was incomplete or wrong item?
